Before becoming a full-time artist, I worked as the Medical Mobile Unit Coordinator in El Dorado Community Health Center providing essential medical services at the Upper Room Dining Hall. Supporting those with limited access to healthcare has always been personal to me—I grew up facing similar challenges, and it’s long been a dream to give back.
I eventually felt called to pursue another passion: creating art. I stepped away from the MMU to build Rockiboo Clay, but my heart has never left the unhoused community. To stay connected to the mission that means so much to me, I continue to donate a portion of my proceeds to the Upper Room.
This holiday season, I’ve designed a special collection of earrings exclusively for the Upper Room and will be donating 40% of the sales to this collection to support their work.
If you're local orders can be picked up in person at the Upper Room Dining Hall:1868 Broadway, Placerville or shipped—making them easy to gift to loved ones near or far. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and pick-up dates for this collection only are December 1st and December 17th. (LAST DAY TO PLACE ORDERS FOR THIS COLLECTION TO BE SHIPPED WILL BE 12/15/25)
This is a wonderful way to support a talented local artist who gives back and a local organization that serves our community every day. Thoughtful gifts with a meaningful impact—perfect for the holidays.
