If you're local orders can be picked up in person at the Upper Room Dining Hall:1868 Broadway, Placerville or shipped—making them easy to gift to loved ones near or far. PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping and pick-up dates for this collection only are December 1st and December 17th. (LAST DAY TO PLACE ORDERS FOR THIS COLLECTION TO BE SHIPPED WILL BE 12/15/25)

Weighing under 2 grams, these pieces offer an effortless sophistication that transitions seamlessly from day to evening wear.

  • Do you ship internationally? I'm sorry, not at this time.  
  • How quickly do you ship? What are transit times? Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders will be shipped 1-2 business days from completion.
  • What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address? Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.
  • What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated? According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 60 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.
  • What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
    Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
